parmesan, chilli, sundried tomato twist
Ingredients :
200g Empire Pastry Butter Puff Sheet, thawed, cut in half
½ Cup Grated Parmesan
100g Crumbled Feta
¼ Cup finely chopped sundried tomatoes
¼ Cup chopped chives
Good Pinch of chilli flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Egg, Beaten
Sesame Seeds
Method :
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
Step 2: Combine parmesan, feta, sundried tomatoes, chilli flakes, chives, salt and pepper in bowl.
Step 3: Spread evenly over half of the unrolled pastry sheet and top with the remaining half.
Step 4: Cut into long thin strips.
Step 5: Press together at one end and twist the two pieces of pastry together.
Step 6: Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 7: Bake for 15 mins or until golden and baked through.
